It all starts with a chat. Just send us a message through our contact form and we can start discussing your needs. We can also talk about timelines and start dates. We do tend to book up quickly so when you’re ready to get started, get in touch as soon as you can!
You’ll then receive a custom quote and project scope for you to peruse, along with your own personal contract.
Once you decide you want to work with us (hurray!) and feel like The Autumn Rabbit is a good fit for your business, we’ll move you to our central project system.

Time to get real about your business and your vision for it. We’ll ask you to complete our design questionnaires and a little bit of prep work, including pulling together a Pinterest board for us to work from (don’t worry, it’s fun).
Just prior to your start date, we’ll create a mood board derived from all the information you’ve given us.

OUR WORK
MY GRAPHIC DESIGN PROCESS BEGINS.
We’ll do a deep dive into your questionnaire and prep work, chat through concepts with you and generally start to get a feel for your business and which direction the branding needs to go. Then it’s all systems go and we create a mood board (you're probably seen them on my instagram) and an initial branding board for you.

We’ll present our design concepts and you’ll mull them over before coming back to us with any suggestions or revisions you might have. We use some great feedback tools to make life easier for you (and us) - remember, this is very much a collaboration and we love to work together.
You can request as many revisions as you like - we won’t stop until you’re in love with it. That's a promise!
